The Harpeth Futbol Club 98 Black Hurricanes, that is! David's soccer team had a wonderful shower for us last night after their indoor soccer game. They went all out--soccer clothes on a clothesline, a soccer diaper cake, an adorable real cake, good food, and extremely thoughtful and generous gifts. It was so kind of them and very obvious that they think a lot of "Coach Fish!"
We got great gifts for Baby Fish, but also very practical things for David's life as a Dad including an extra car seat base for his car, a baby carrier (which he can't wait to use), and a "manly" diaper bag! Plus, thanks to the Hurricane's parents, Baby Fish will officially be decked out in some cool athletic onesies and booties!
It's so nice for so many people to share in this exciting time with us. Thanks, Hurricanes!
