6 Months Old

So, we're a little late, but last week, Lofton hit the 6-month milestone! I really can't believe he's half way to a year old. I better start planning the big birthday party now!!! ;)

He's growing like a weed and really developing his own personality. He can sit-up without any support and play for as long as he wants, he understands and plays games (i.e. rolling a ball back-and-forth, peek-a-boo, knocking things we stack down, etc.), loves books and mostly he has quite a sense of humor!! Just last week he kept dropping this ball over and over to make Daddy pick it up. Sounds so simple, but he thought it was hilarious making Dad work like that. He really knew he was doing something. Lofton just keeps expanding his menu options and now sweet potatoes and squash seem to be favorites! He can clean the bowl every time with those two. Plus, he still loves his cereal too. Lofton loves people and has the brightest smile in every room-this hasn't changed a bit! What more could you ask for at 6 months?!
