Summer with Cousins

Lofton got to spend some time with his cousins, Myla and Luke this summer and he loved it!  There will be more from Nana Camp later, but here are some pictures from some other cousin time around Myla's 6th birthday party.

Cousin Time

Unfortunately we hadn't seen Lofton's cousins, Myla and Luke, since Christmas when we finally got to see them in August at Nana & Pop's for Luke's 3rd birthday party!  It was a great weekend and the cousins really enjoyed one another.  We were having so much fun, we forgot to take many pictures.  We did capture this rare one of all three of them sitting still, thanks to Aunt Kasey reading a book!

This truly was a magical Christmas for Lofton and therefore for us.  He loved every piece of it.  He JUST (2 months later) quit singing carols every day and asking why we took our outside lights down.  He was in awe of it all--the decorations, the lights, the music, the gifts, the elf, Santa and definitely all the family surrounding him.

Lofton had several Christmas celebrations.  One at our house, one with Uncle Brandon & GrandDaddy, one with Nana, Pop & the gang and one with G.G. back at home.  Why I ever questioned how it was hard for him to understand that Christmas isn't every day is beyond me...it was every day for about 10 days straight!!

Thanks to everyone that celebrated with us and made it such a special holiday for Lofton.

Family Trip to Destin: Family Time

Hands down the best part of our trip to Destin (besides the amazing weather, warm water, lack of crowd, great food, shopping, rest and SUN) was getting lots of family time.  We had an amazing time and really wish we got to hang out as a group more often.
