We recently marked the end of something else very important in our household. Last week was the end of Ms. Jennifer keeping Lofton. She so graciously and generously made my transition back to work as smooth as possible and gave Lofton such great care this summer. We were especially grateful for her flexibility and how happy Lofton was every time we came home. Seriously, you can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind. We were so sad to see his time with her end and really tried to convince her to quit teaching to be our nanny, but there are about 20 kindergartners she needs to help transition to school now. :( Our loss is their gain. Thanks Ms. Jennifer, we praise you and already miss you!
With each ending comes a new beginning. Lofton starts "school" as we prefer to call it in 2 weeks. More new friends and experiences lie ahead and more postings for you all will come soon!
