Sympathy

I was taking Lofton to school recently and there was a slight fender bender on the side of the road.  Here was our exchange...
Lofton: Mommy, what happened?
Mom:  Oh nothing, those cars just had a little accident and bumped into one another.
Lofton: Is the police car going to come and help them?
Mom: Yes, it is probably on its way to help them soon.
Lofton with an extreme amount of sympathy said..."Poor cars."

So cute.
